These Coaching Services Terms set out the scope, responsibilities, and safeguarding standards for coaching sessions delivered by The Bridge Family Coaching Ltd.
1. Scope of Coaching Services
Coaching provided by Folasade Adejoorin and The Bridge Family Coaching Ltd is an identity-focused personal development, parenting education, and relationship readiness service. Client progress depends on active participation and consistent implementation of agreed action steps.
2. Eligibility & Safeguarding for Adolescents
- Parents of Adolescents: Open to parents and legal guardians seeking guidance on raising teenagers.
- Teenagers: Coaching for minors under 18 requires verifiable parent/guardian consent and adherence to our youth safeguarding framework.
- Singles & Intending Couples: Relationship readiness coaching is offered to adults aged 23 and above.
3. Confidentiality & Limitations
Coaching conversations are treated confidentially by The Bridge Family Coaching Ltd, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent imminent harm to a minor or any person.
4. No Guarantee of Specific Third-Party Outcomes
While we provide structured, high-integrity coaching frameworks, human relationships require mutual willingness; therefore, specific behavioural outcomes in third parties cannot be guaranteed.
